General

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return for a refund (minus shipping) provided you notify us within 14 calendar days of the date our tracking shows delivery to the recipient. We ask that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

As we try our best to minimize excess waste there are some exceptions. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

We currently accept payment in:

Your payment will be processed via PayPal or Braintree depending on your choice at checkout.

We’re based in the UK which means that if you live elsewhere you may need to pay import duties on your purchase.

As each country has different import duty thresholds the charges and fees can vary depending on your country of residence. We have no control over this and we cannot estimate this for you.

All our products are made to order and dispatched within 3-7 business days.

If you haven’t received your order drop us a message on our Contact Us page so we can look into this for you.

As a small business, emails from us can sometimes get flagged as spam by mistake. If this happens, you can let your email provider know you want to receive emails from us by selecting ‘Not Spam’ to whitelist our email address.

In the unlikely event that your item has been damaged in transit or is defective please let us know via our Contact Us page so we can get started on the return process.

If you want to cancel or make changes to your order drop us a message on our Contact Us page. 

As our hand-designed products are individually printed with each order:

  • if your personalised order has already been queued for printing we will not be able to cancel or amend this for for you.
  • if your non-personalised order has been already been printed we may be able to cancel or amend this depending on whether your order has been prepared for shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order. If your item has been shipped you will need to wait until your item arrives and return the item in line with our Return Policy.

We absolutely do, but we also have some rules on where and how you can sell our products.

The payment from your order may appear on your debit/credit card statement as ‘Braintree.com’ as this is the secure payment gateway we use on our website.

You can contact us for any reason via our Contact Us page.

We aim to respond within 72 hours of receiving your message. On evenings, weekends and public holidays (GMT) this may take a little longer.

As well as creating our own designs we also work with a select few eco-friendly printing folks. This means if you purchase two different products from us (e.g. a card and an enamel mug) we cannot guarantee that these will arrive together as some products ship directly from our printing partners.

Please keep this in mind if you’re purchasing multiple products in a single order.

Occasionally we create custom designs on request for our customers!

We usually don’t charge extra for small tweaks such as text changes or removing elements from existing designs. However, fully custom or substantial changes will incur a fee.
