We love our products. We hope you will too! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return for a refund (minus shipping), store credit or an exchange provided your notify us within 14 days of delivery. However, there are some exceptions so please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
Make sure you keep hold of your item and all original packing if you want to return it to us. Then simply drop us a message through our Contact Us page to get started with your return.
All returned items must be in a new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
Returns packages must be shipped within 14 days of the date you notified us of your return request.
RETURN PROCESS
If you want to return your item please Contact Us so we can provide the correct mailing address. We ask that you place the item securely in its original packaging before mailing it back.
Depending on whether your return is defective or a change of heart this will determine which return address we provide you. We ask that all resealable items are returned to us (UK) so please be mindful of this before purchasing.
We will not be able to provide a refund for any returns shipped to the incorrect address.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If you are returning your item from outside of the UK it must be marked as ‘returned goods’. If the item is not marked as ‘returned goods’ it is possible the item may be held at customs before being returned to you. We will not be able to issue a refund until we have received the item.
TRACKING YOUR RETURN
Whether you’re returning a domestic or an international order, we strongly recommend you use a trackable shipping method for your return. This is so we can see that your return has been shipped. In the unfortunate event that your item goes missing, we will not be able to provide a refund without a tracking number that shows the package has been mailed to the correct address.
REFUNDS
In most cases we’re happy to provide a refund minus initial shipping costs. However, we ask that you cover the cost of returning the item to us.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
Your refund will be returned to the original form of payment in the currency your order was placed. If you make a purchase in a currency other than your home currency your refund amount may differ slightly due to variable exchange rates.
We will notify you by email when you return has been processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit/debit card statement, depending on your bank/credit card company.

GIFT CARDS
All gift card sales are final and gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
EXCEPTIONS
We try to avoid excess waste where possible. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that are personalised unless the item is damaged or defective. We also cannot offer cancellations on personalised items if your design has already been printed.
EXCHANGES & CREDIT
If you want to exchange an item for an alternative item or store credit you must first return the item you wish to exchange to us. We ask that you are responsible for the return shipping and follow the guidelines for returning and item outlined in this policy. Once we have received and inspected the item we will then ship your chosen alternative. or provide store credit.
For both exchanges if the value of the alternative is greater than the item being returned you will be expected to pay the difference.
Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
DEFECTIVE & DAMAGED ITEMS
We’re always happy to help! So in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item from us, please contact us via our Contact Us page we will work with you to resolve this as quickly as possible.
