Order Processing & Printing Times
As many of our products are bespoke or can be personalised to avoid waste each of our products are printed to order. We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been placed into our production queue it will be crafted within 3-7 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing your order may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay of your order, we will contact you via email.
Worldwide Shipping Options
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping amount is determined by product, weight, quantity and shipping address. Please see the tables below for shipping timescales.

Although we do our best to avoid delivery delays they can occasionally occur. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order drop us a message on our Contact Us page and we’ll look into this for you.
Combined shipments for multiple products
As we work with a variety of carefully selected eco-friendly printing folks this means if you purchase two different products from us (e.g. a card and an enamel mug) we cannot guarantee that these will arrive together as some products ship directly from our printing partners.
Please keep this in mind if you’re purchasing multiple products in a single order.
Confirmation & Order Tracking
All our products are made to order. You will receive a Confirmation email once your order has been queued for printing. Once printed and dispatched you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. If your order includes tracking number(s) this can be found in your Shipment Confirmation email.
If you have not received any correspondence regarding your order, and there is nothing from us in your spam/junk folder, please Contact Us.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Pine & Embers (pineandembers.com) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order and we cannot estimate this for you. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). The customs and taxes threshold will vary depending on your country of residence.

DAMAGES & DEFECTIVE ITEMS
As we ship our items internationally sometimes accidents can happen. If you receive your item and it has been damaged in transit or is defective, please Contact Us within 14 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
To process a return for a damaged or defective item we will need to see photos of both the item and the packaging. So please also save all packaging materials before contacting us.

Even as a small business we know it’s important to be mindful of our impact. That’s why we carefully select suppliers that fit with our brand ethos.
We work with a select few eco-friendly print labs worldwide and ship directly from our partners where possible to minimise our environmental impact. By providing local fulfilment wherever we can we hope to reduce our carbon emissions associated with international shipping.
From bubble wrap to packing tape all of our packaging is 100% biodegradable or recyclable.
